STAFF COMMENT

キングセイコーが誕生した1961年に作られた、14K金張ケースの初代モデル。 前年に誕生したグランドセイコーの80ミクロンを超える分厚い100ミクロン仕様で、上品な光沢を放つ重厚なケースです。文字盤は“☆”マークを配したSD（Special Dial）仕様で、インデックスに金無垢を使用した贅沢な作り。サンバースト仕上げのシルバーダイヤルには温かみがあり、高級感が漂います。保存状態も良好です。60年代初期の職人技とSEIKOの物作りにおける美意識が息づく一本です。
